			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong><span class="dropcap">H</span>eart</strong> racing, breath is heavy &#8211; this seems to be the right &#8220;area&#8221; for me as far as time on/off goes, I&#8217;ll keep with 15/15 for a week and then try a 20/10 ratio when I feel up to it. Had to really tell myself &#8220;just do it&#8221; motivation is low but working through that as well.</p>
<p>15 seconds on / 15 seconds off 8 rounds:</p>

<div>I nearly died today, not because the workout killed me but because my legs nearly gave out as I crossed a busy intersection. I am such a pussy. Lock it up! Interested in more difficult workouts&#8230; but not so much the dying. Dear Legs, stop sucking. Dear shoulders, I remember you. Dear lungs, fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu.</div>
<div><strong>Update 2:</strong></div>
<div>It&#8217;s the next morning (11-11-2011) and my legs are still really sore, shoulders are &#8220;okay&#8221;. I&#8217;m going to postpone my workout today and hopefully by the afternoon I&#8217;ll feel like my legs can take another series of tabata&#8217;s. May have to resort to every other day for awhile until I&#8217;m better conditioned.</div>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong><span class="dropcap">W</span>elcome!</strong>  Not really sure how all this is gonna turn out but I know that I want to change my life, my health, my appearance. I&#8217;m starting a Tabata only regime for the next few weeks, every single day for awhile. I&#8217;m just using this as a tracking method for my workouts and progress.</p>
<p><strong>Workout:</strong><br />
Wednesday, November 9th, 2011<br />
10 on / 20 off 6 rounds<br />
Pushups, Mtn Climbers, Burpees,  Pushups, Mtn Climbers, Burpees</p>
<p>Felt okay after the workout, wasn&#8217;t hard enough, increasing to 15/15 and just doing 1-2 exercises per round. I suspect I&#8217;ll be increasing to the full 20/10.</p>
