Tabata Workout 11-15-2011
Been a little bit, man my legs were sore for days
15 seconds on / 15 seconds off 8 rounds:
- 4 sets Thrusters (15lbs dumbbells)
- 4 sets Bodyweight squats
Update: Again, not feeling as sore now the day after but the next 2 should tell the tale!
