Tabata Bing – intro and workout 11-09-2011
Welcome! Not really sure how all this is gonna turn out but I know that I want to change my life, my health, my appearance. I’m starting a Tabata only regime for the next few weeks, every single day for awhile. I’m just using this as a tracking method for my workouts and progress.

10 on / 20 off 6 rounds
Pushups, Mtn Climbers, Burpees, Pushups, Mtn Climbers, Burpees
Felt okay after the workout, wasn’t hard enough, increasing to 15/15 and just doing 1-2 exercises per round. I suspect I’ll be increasing to the full 20/10.
